Michael Ruzek is the founder and managing director of LOGIN Software, a company specializing in the implementation of complex CRM projects in the DACH region. His education includes both business administration and software development, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges of modern business IT. He has many years of experience in implementing CRM and ERP systems and has managed numerous projects. His special expertise lies in the integration of different software systems. Under his leadership, LOGIN Software has established itself as an Advanced Partner of SugarCRM and the team successfully implements even highly complex projects based on this CRM solution.

Frank Tjaben is a Senior CRM Specialist at LOGIN Software. He is responsible for customer and project support in the areas of SugarCRM, marketing automation, customer service and event management. In addition to customers in the manufacturing industry, he also supports associations and medical societies. His focus is on customized solutions that are specifically tailored to the needs of his customers. Frank has many years of experience in software and sales and has worked for SugarCRM, SPSS and Rational Software (IBM).
